Also the research dealt with a statement of the concept of foreign investment and its most important forms and importance and a statement of the most important legal obstacles that hinder the investment process, whether cases of expropriation include confiscation, acquisition, seizure and appropriation of investment projects or related to determining the components and amount of foreign capital or related to determining the areas or activities in which it is permissible to invest or operate manpower, and the researcheres believes that the process of attracting investment requires creating an investment climate free of any legal impediment, At the end of the research, the researchers reached several conclusions and recommendations, and the most important result is that investment still faces a number of legal obstacles such as determining the right of ownership or expropriation, determining the amount of invested money or its components, or determining the areas of investment, which leads to uncertainty and fear among foreign investors, and the most important recommendation The researcher reached it is the need to create an investment climate free of any legal impediment and open all activities and areas for investment and the need not to determine the amount of invested capital and not to expropriate except with specific controls in order to achieve the climate capable of attracting foreign investment
