Abstract EN
Stillman’s cleft is a mucogingival triangular shaped defect, commonly observed on the buccal or labial surface of the gingiva.
The etiology behind this lesion is believed to be multifactorial and unclear.
The prognosis of Stillman’s cleft varies depending on the extent of the cleft; some lesions may repair spontaneously while others require precise examination and evaluation to provide the proper management.
This paper reports a case of a patient with Stillman’s cleft that was treated by free gingival grafting.
