The study aimed to identify the relationship of leadership skills with the performance of workers in specialized associations with people with disabilities in the southern Palestinian governorates.

(38) associations, where the researcher used the comprehensive survey method, where (140) questionnaires were distributed to all the vocabulary of the study community, and (125) valid questionnaires were retrieved for the purposes of statistical analysis with a response rate of (89.3%), and the researcher used the statistical packages program for science Social Media (SPSS) for data analysis, and the study reached several results, the most important of which are: The degree of application of leadership skills among directors of associations and heads of departments in associations with disabilities was high, with a relative weight of (82.08%), meaning a high degree.
