English Abstract
The study aimed to identify the role of secondary school principals in the State of Kuwait in employing e-learning in light of the return of the study after easing the restrictions of the Corona pandemic.
The study used the descriptive approach, and data was collected through a questionnaire that included four axes applied electronically to a sample of (418) male and female teachers from secondary schools in the State of Kuwait.
The results concluded that the role of secondary school principals in employing e-learning as a whole is average, and all the axes of the questionnaire came to a medium degree, and in the first order came the achievement of the training needs of teachers, followed by the support and dissemination of e-learning culture, then the readiness of technical infrastructure, and finally the practice of strategic planning.
The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample members about the role of secondary school principals in employing e-learning due to the variables (gender, educational qualification, experience, educational region).
