English Abstract

In various crises, education is an essential axis, and it is the source from which professions derive their methods and ways of development, through which individuals obtain specialized knowledge, as it provides them with new scientific knowledge and contributes to preparing them to meet the requirements of the future.

The work of teachers is broader than being confined to the educational process within the school classroom or to teaching reading and writing, but rather extends to a broader than that, rather it extends to society with all its political and social organizations and institutions And the difficulties that the educational process faces, such as the shortage of teachers, the lack of curricula, the inadequacy of school buildings and social changes, so the teaching profession needs teachers whose behavior is characterized by strong motivation so that their profession can overcome the difficulties or obstacles they face due to the motivation of increasing efficiency It is directly proportional to the energy expended by the teachers From that the aim of the research to what are the foundations of effective teaching, what are the principles of effective teaching, and what is the role of the teacher in teaching .

Education is an effective tool for achieving the educational goals of the community and the educational goals of each subject There is a general weakness among students despite the efforts made by teachers and state institutions, and this weakness in various countries of the Arab world The different methods of teaching the subject have a great impact in achieving the objectives of the subject The success of any educational system on the teacher because he represents the cornerstone of the educational process Through the conclusions, the researcher reached to the development of a love of teaching among primary school students and the use of various methods through teachers, seminars and pamphlets, and the development of children's love among applicants to work in education in general.
