The study aims to identify the sections of semantics of utterances and the reality of the conflict in them, and the opinions of scholars in terms of their position in the topics of the science of jurisprudence, and how to arrange them in case of conflict.

the importance of the study comes from the fact that a small part of the differences of jurists in the branches of jurisprudence is based on their differences in the ways in which the word denotes the legal ruling, which indicates a clear indication that their difference is the fruit of a systematic scientific difference.
