English Abstract

In the current conditions experienced by the whole world (the Corona pandemic), which affected educational institutions, there are institutions that were not affected and continued because they have a flexible education that was able to employ e-learning technology to continue education, by creating a virtual educational environment that allows continuation without any defect The importance of e-learning has now emerged due to its characteristics that make it not find the appropriate alternative capable of moving from traditional education to e-learning due to the inability of its educational system to transfer: it is easy and the capabilities and requirements necessary for this transformation with the presence of the echo and demanding challenges That prevented this..

The idea of this study is to stand on the most important challenges that followed the most appropriate alternative to avoid the consequences of the Corona pandemic on the educational process.

Some countries, including Iraq, did not integrate e-learning into the educational process in Iraq in light of the crises (Corona pandemic).

This study provided a theoretical framework on the challenges facing the application of e-learning in Iraqi educational institutions in light of crises.

The inductive and deductive approach was used to prepare the study, which dealt with a presentation of all concepts, the theory of e-learning, and the most important challenges and difficulties facing its use in general and Iraq in particular.

Finally, Al-Tasriah Shaalim Al-Imrouni, and the most important "study to results, the most important of which is knowledge and the absence of secret - legislation, laws and regulations necessary for the use of these technologies and the weakness of the necessary infrastructure, in addition to the fact that the reality of the application of e-learning in Iraq is still in the process of being established, also the study recommended the necessity of legislation and laws And the regulations by the Ministries of Education that enable comprehensive survey studies to identify the difficulties and challenges that will face the use of e-learning in order to allow educational institutions to integrate e-learning within their future plans according to a clear and pre-defined vision .
