Abstract EN

This research aims to identify (the effectiveness of the ring sparring strategy in the achievement of fifth-grade literary students in the subject of history).

For Baghdad Education, the sample of the study was (75) students from the fifth literary grade students in two groups after excluding the failing students, and by (37) students for the experimental group and (38) students for the control group, they were randomly selected from Sahel bin Saad Al-Saadi Preparatory School for Boys, which is affiliated to the Directorate of Education.

Rusafa Education/ the third for the academic year (2018-2019.

After that, the results were analyzed and the statistical treatments were shown using the statistical methods, and the results were as follows: There is a statistically significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the achievement test and in favor of the experimental group.

In light of the results of the research, the researcher reached a number of conclusions and recommendations, most notably: the possibility of applying the two strategies of ring recording in teaching modern and contemporary history of Europe and America scheduled for fifth-grade literary students, and a proposal to establish training, development and qualifying courses by the Ministry of Education for male and female teachers while in service.

For training on the use of the ring recording strategy when teaching history in the preparatory stage.
