The study aimed to reveal the level of digital citizenship among deaf and hard of hearing students, at the university level, and to reveal the difference in its level according to a number of variables, A digital citizenship scale was built and its psychometric properties verified, our participants included (168) male and female students who are deaf and hard of hearing in Saudi universities.

The results revealed that the deaf and hard of hearing students, show a higher than average level of digital citizenship.

Results also indicated that girls show higher digital citizenship than boys, while digital citizenship is higher in hard of hearing students than in deaf students, our outcomes also showed higher scores in digital citizenship in favor of students that use the internet for longer hours, and those that did not attend technical training courses.
