Abstract EN

The research discusses foreign workers in old districts in Buraydah, and aiming to know the spatiality, demographical, social and economical features of Workers workers.

A survey sample of (300) questionnaires has been used and distributed on the foreign workers.

The questionnaire was designed to answer on the spatiality, demographical, social and economical features, and known the reason of moving of the foreign workers.

In addition to the benefits and difficulties that faced them during their work in Buraydah.

The research showed that the number of labor in Buraydah is relatively high and this caused increasing in population.

The research results revealed that one of the most important reasons that the foreign workers are moving to Buraydah is the existence of more job opportunities.

The most important benefits they have in Buraydah were finding more job opportunities.

While The Differences in traditions and customs were the most important difficulties that they faced.

It turns out that there are differences between the worker regarding the reasons that made them moved to Buraydah according to age, educational status and residence period, also there were differences regarding benefits according to the district, marital status, accommodation, kind of the current resident , educational status and the monthly rent.

In addition to differences that they faced according to district, age, social status, educational status, residence period in Buraydah and the monthly salary.
