The research aims to know the theory of digital communication and the availability of e-learning competencies among faculty members in the College of Education for Pure Sciences.

The researcher relied on the descriptive approach as it is the most appropriate for the objectives of this research.

The researcher prepared a questionnaire for the research sample, teaching and teaching members of the College of Education for Pure Sciences / University of Karbala, consisting of (5) areas and (74) paragraphs.

The search results showed the following: The results showed the degree of availability of electronic competencies among faculty members in the College of Education for Pure Sciences came to a weak degree The researcher recommended a number of recommendations and suggestions.
