Globalization has led to the openness of the economies of countries and their markets to each other, and as a result of this increased competition between a group of actors within the market by offering goods and products to the consumer, who is often ignorant of their nature, source, components, and damages to the health and safety of the consumer.

Subsequently, to overcome these risks, it requires adherence to a set of international and national standards and specifications for most countries so as to devote the commitment to safety imposed on the actors within the market, and for the consumer to know that the product he has chosen respects certain specifications that aim to ensure its safety.

Through the conformity marks, as a sign of distinct significance and function, with particularity at the level of accreditation and control.
