Addressing the issue of criminal protection and freedom of expression through social media, gives hope for taking great steps to achieve a kind of legal protection, in full respect for human rights in free expression and creativity, without prejudice to the default public taste.

The Moroccan state played its role in guiding and directing users to the virtual world, through its direct and clear legalization, taking into account the necessity of these means in the continuation of the rising generation, given the importance of social media in our current and future era.
