Abstract EN

This research paper entitled "The Crime of Joyful Abuse -A Comparative Study-" deals with research and analysis of a modern model of new crimes related to mobile phones, where this crime is achieved by simply assaulting the victim, either physically or sexually, while photographing these scenes of assault by any means and then doing Publish it to the public for the purpose of viewing and enjoying it.

In order to study this subject and become familiar with it from all sides, we divided this research into two demands, where we allocated the first requirement of it to determine the nature of joyful abuse and its legal basis, and then to study its elements, while we touched in the second requirement to criminal responsibility and the penalty taken against the perpetrators of this crime.
