The child in Islam has received great attention and a distinguished status as it is the preparation and the future, and he was distinguished by comprehensive rights that would advance him - if applied - towards the ranks of survival and prosperity, and despite this, childhood has suffered a long history of the ravages of marginalization and violations under the weight of wars, the spread of diseases, epidemics, backwardness, and a distance from the principles of Islam al-Samhah, however, with the beginning of the twentieth century, the concern for childhood knew a global dimension in light of the international conventions on the rights of the child, which are considered international legal instruments binding on the states parties that define the rights of the child in an integrated chain : civil and political, cultural, social and economic, which is what the Arab countries in general and morocco in particular have followed.
