Abstract EN

This research paper deals with the importance of considering the outcomes in voluntary work, as a legitimate method, and an origin of the principles of ijtihad, in which the social effects of taking into account the jurisprudence of outcomes in charitable work are clarified.

It has priority in charitable work given the effects and consequences of it, and I also referred to the areas of volunteer work, Proceeding from the fact that priorities should be determined by collective opinions from experts and specialists so that it bears fruit and achieves its legitimate purposes after studying its outcome and its implications.

It has also shown the difference between organized voluntary work that is based on realistic legal visions, and unorganized work that is on desire, even if the intentions are sincere in it; it may not achieve what is intended from it of achieving sufficiency, self-sufficiency, bringing benefits and warding off evil.
