In spite most of the births occur in a natural way without the need for the medical interventions, yet some times the natural birth may face deficiencies which necessitates from the doctor to intervene in order to help the pregnant to produce her baby.

If the birth troubled and delayed the danger would increase for the life of the fetus or the mother or for both them; so that the doctor must supervise the situation of the mother and her fetus constantly.

And if any anxiety or fear happen on their lives; he will be obliged to intervene by using modern means in giving birth to her baby such as the sedatives syringes to reduce the production of hurts plus other means or tools, and on which the proportion of usage depends on the existence or non existence of the deficiency, and to what extent is needed, the contraindications and the complications that can be resulted on their execution or neglect in regard to the mother and her fetus.
