This research paper addresses a thorny issue in the current era, related to the repair of congenital defects in the human body, whether due to a congenital deformity or an accidental disease.

Creation is one of the priorities of modern man, and the debate remains about the legality of these surgeries, is it permissible or forbidden in the Islamic religion? This humble paper came to provide a detailed answer to these issues, after the important distinction between their concepts and types, and then their historical roots since the dawn of Islam, to adopt the most correct opinion on these partial issues.
