The crime of human trafficking is the third and largest crime of a transnational organization after the crime of arms smuggling and drug trafficking which is claimed by millions of people, mostly women and children.

It is a flagrant violation of the rights and freedoms of man who has become a material commodity By slave traders or agents belonging to organized criminal gangs for illicit and rapid proceeds.

In view of the danger of this crime poses to human societies, every country has played an important role in protecting and promoting human rights within this crime by embodying a legislative and security strategy to combat it.

Civil society and international non-governmental organizations have also contributed to and cooperated with governments, the various educational measures in the field of education, social, health, and judiciary are also based on informing and developing citizens' security awareness about the negative effects of crime, providing basic information about them, providing accommodation for the victims and motivating them to face the urgent challenges.

Citizens in cooperation with the competent authorities in general, and in view of the above on community participation and non-governmental organizations to combat this crime, we tried to address this issue through the following issue: Can civil society and international non-governmental organizations gain great importance nationally and internationally by activating their different mechanisms to combat the crime of human trafficking?
