The criminal jurisdiction of the State depends on the traditional connotation of national sovereignty and its limits, which depend on the territory of the State, its citizens and its own interests, depending on the origin of the territory, its crimes or its citizens or others, which is contrary to the idea of international solidarity because States are bound together Common interests are not limited to what is going on within its territory or with regard to its citizens or self-interest.

Thus, the law passed national borders, and the aspirations of states including Algeria to combat the crime of trafficking in human beings expanded.

The faces of this crime, which began from the stages before police investigations and before the crime, expanded throughout the research and trial stages and procedures, after the execution of the sentence.

In this connection, the following problem arises: Has the notion of national sovereignty interfered with the question of international judicial cooperation by crossing national borders to counter the growing threats of human trafficking?
