الهدف من هذه المداخلة هو إبراز الدور الذي تلعبه الهندسة المالية في خلق منتجات مالية إسلامية لتمويل قطاع البنية التحتية، و من خلال الدراسة تبين أن الجهاز المصرفي الجزائري يقدم التسبيقات على الصفقات العمومية فقط لتمويل قطاع البنية التحتية بصفة مباشرة مع استفادة المؤسسات النشطة في قطاع البنية التحتية من كل أنواع القروض التي تقدمها البنوك في الجزائر.
Abstract EN
The purpose of this intervention is to highlight the role that financial innovation playsin creating financial products to finance the infrastructure sector.
Through the study, it appears that the Algerian banking system provides advances on public transactions on lyto finance the infrastructure sector directly With benefiting the active institutions In the infrastructure sector from all types of loans offered by banks in Algeria.
