This study aimed to identify the attitudes of secondary school teachers towards employing the flipped blended learning strategy in improving learning outcomes, the study relied on the simple random sample where the study sample consisted of 130 teachers (39 males - 91 females) who teach in general secondary education schools in Riyadh in the academic year 1443 ah, the study followed the descriptive analytical approach to achieve its objectives and answer its questions.
the lycert trimeter was used to analyse trends.
the researcher built a questionnaire to measure trends, which included 23 paragraphs divided into two main axes, and the credibility has been verified, after collecting and statistically processing data the study found high positive trends for the study sample individuals towards using this strategy as an effective education strategy when they used this strategy in some lessons, as well as making use of the school's e-learning resources, the sample was willing to receive more training on how to apply this strategy providing them with optimal use of the class time.
the results showed that it contributed to alleviating the burden of re-teaching and repetition on teachers, while students grew their scientific thinking skill.
(critical, innovative) in light of measuring learning outcomes, the use of this strategy has contributed to the faster delivery of information to students and has formed more enriched information than the traditional method.
