Abstract EN

This research shed a light on the manifestations of the deliberative perception of Ibn Abd al-Ghafour al-Kalaei through the concept of intention that it is considered as one of the most important indicators that the speaker relies on in achieving his influence and persuasive goal according to the recipient، in his book "ahkam saneat alkalam"Ruling the industry of speech" that the owner aimed to establish laws of the industry of speech to establish a theory of Arab prose from the speaker and his intentions through the speech to the conditions of the recipient.

However، the aim of this research paper is to answer the following question: How did the deliberative perception of the Kalaei was put through his attention to the intentions of the speaker? In an attempt to read a new book and to infer what was mentioned in the concept of intention and its relationship with its owner، speech، and recipient، theoretically and practically، and to reveal the importance that the recipient received from his theory.
