Abstract AR
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم أداء المصارف الإسلامية في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي وفقا لنموذج التقييم المصرفي الأمريكي CAMELS للوقوف على نقاط القوة و الضعف بها، لزيادة ثقة المتعاملين معها و إبراز قدراتها التنافسية.
و للقيام بذلك تم تقدير نموذجين، تأثير مؤشرات نماذج CAMELS على معدل العائد على الأصول و تأثير مؤشرات نماذج CAMELS على معدل العائد على رأس المال، وذلك باستخدام نماذج البانل لعينة من البنوك الإسلامية لدول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى كون النموذجين ملائمين لتقييم أداء البنوك الإسلامية وذلك نظرا لقدرتهما على تفسير العوامل المؤثرة على ربحية البنوك
Abstract EN
The objective of this study is to evaluate the performance of Islamic banks in the GCC according to the US banking valuation model (CAMELS) to identify their strengths and weaknesses, and to increase the confidence of their clients and to highlight their competitiveness.
To apply this, two models were estimated, the effect of the camels models contents on the ROA and the effect of the camels models contents on the ROE using a sample of Islamic banks in the GCC.
As a conclusion of this study, we found that the two models are suitable for evaluating the performance of Islamic banks because of their ability to explain the performance of Islamic banks because of their ability to explain the factors affecting the profitability of banks.
