Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه المقالة إلى تسليط الضوء على واحدة من الكتابات اللسانية التمهيدية في العالم العربي، التي استقبلت الدرس اللساني الغربي الحديث، متمثلة في تجربة الباحث المصري محمود السعران من خلال كتابه الموسوم بـ: " علم اللغة لقارئ العربي"، وذلك للبحث في مدى تحقق أهداف تأليف هذا الكتاب التعليمي، من حيث الإحاطة بمجالات اللسانيات العامة، و كذا منهج التأليف، و مدى نجاح صاحبه في الترجمة الأمينة للمصطلح اللساني.

و اعتمادا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي خلصت الدراسة إلى أن كتابة محمود السعران في بدايات تأليفه في مجال اللسانيات كانت كتابة تعليمية تهدف إلى توضيح هذا العلم الجديد الوافد من الغرب إلى حقل الثقافة العربية، مستهدفا طلاب الجامعات العربية و أساتذتها الذين وجدوا صعوبات جمة في فهم هذا العلم في مظانه.

وقد أفلح صاحبه في تحقيق هدفه التعليمي من خلال تبسيط موضوعات هذا العلم بمنهج واضح و اجتهاد في نقل المصطلح اللساني إلى اللغة العربية عن طريق التعريب حينا، و الترجمة الابتكارية حينا آخر، دون اللجوء إلى الترجمة التأصيلية، كي لا يلتبس هذا الدرس اللساني الجديد مع المعطيات اللغوية التراثية.

English Abstract

This articale aims to shed light on one of the introductory linguistic writings in the Arab world, wich received the modern Western linguistic lesson, exemplifiedby the experience of the Egyptian researcher Mahmoud Al- -Saaran, through his book tagged: “Linguistics is an introduction to the Arab reader”, This is to research the extent to which the objectives of writing this educational book have been achieved, in termes of understanding the fields of general linguistics, as well as the authoring method, and the extent of its autor’s success in the faithful translation of the linguistic term.

Dipending on the descriptive and analatical approach, the study concluded that Mahmoud Al- -Saaran writing in the field of linguisticswas an educational writing aimed at clarifying this new science coming from the West to the field of Arab culture, targeting Arab university students and their professors who found great difficulties in understanding this science its context.

Its author has succeeded in achieving his educational goal by simplifying the topics into the Arabic language through Arabization at one time and innovative translation at another time, without resorting to rooting translation so that this new lesson is not confused with the linguistic heritage data.
