The research aims to study the role of the new Algeria in supporting startups, by shedding light on the government's decision to establish a fund to finance startups, and analyzing the importance of this decision in supporting startups, by posing the following problem: What can be added to the establishment of a fund to finance startups To this type of institution in Algeria? By using the descriptive and analytical approach, the study concluded that the establishment of a special fund to finance startups in Algeria leads to the removal of many bureaucratic obstacles to these institutions and facilitates the procedures for their establishment, which enables them to play a fundamental role in strengthening the national economy.
