Emerging institutions suffer from the problem of financing, especially in the early stages, where many solutions have been adopted to finance these institutions, and capital is considered risk, among the mechanisms that have proven to be effective, where we will address through this intervention, to introduce emerging institutions, and venture capital companies while highlighting their financing role in supporting the financing institutions, while referring to the reality of venture capital companies in Algeria.
