The study aims to provide crowdfunding as a mechanism to support emerging institutions, to show the platforms that have been relied upon to activate them and connect their agents.

While the concepts of crowdfunding were introduced with some successful international experiences and pioneering platforms in mobilizing and managing financial resources for global crowdfunding, with the presentation of relevant financial indicators.

The possibility of applying crowdfunding in Algeria for startups has been reached, especially after the issuance of the Supplementary Finance Law in its Article 45 of 2020 and taking advantage of the various advantages associated with it
