The study aimed to show the extent of the importance of the university environment in spreading the culture of entrepreneurship among university students, and directing them towards establishing medium and small enterprises, by spreading the entrepreneurial thought among students who are about to graduate in particular, and helping them to build a successful entrepreneurial project through various educational and entrepreneurial training processes to ensure competencies achieving the set goals, through awareness campaigns that are activated by the various entrepreneurship houses spread in the Algerian University, and working to urge them and push them to adopt entrepreneurship, which has recently become an indicator to measure the extent to which the economy is able to advance the wheel of development, with the possibility of developing competencies and developing the desires of the target group..
