Theater is distinguished from other arts by its twofold nature.

the writer "izz al- din Jalawji" presented several plays directed primarily to children and bearing important educational values, such as the play "the two cobras and the wind", which was staged based on a poem by Ahmed Shawky entitled: the homeland, where the writer preserved the same idea contained in Shawky's poem, and maintained the characters themselves as mentioned in the poem, as well as the form of dialogue contained in the play, are derived from the poem, and the writer succeeded to the greatest extent in presenting a purposeful theatrical text that carries several educational values, the most important of which is “love of the homeland".
