The Algerian legislator has given great importance to protecting creations, whether they are individuals or groups, and has ensured the legalization of the material and moral rights resulting from that protection.

another one who was guilty of it and did not reach- unfortunately- the hand of the law, because there is no evidence to prove its ownership of that creativity, so we tried in this topic to shed light on the role played by the national bureau of copyright (ONDA).

what is the protection provided by this bureau in the event that the creators resort to it? do the rights that it guarantees benefit the owner of the work only, or are there consequences? what are the penal provisions if it is proven that the creativity of others has been infringed upon.
