Almost everyone today agrees that the same rights that people enjoy in the real world should enjoy the same protection in the virtual world.

This right has taken on a new dimension with the development of information and communication technologies, where the tremendous technological developments in digital means such as computers, the Internet and mobile smart phones have enabled billions of people to exchange digital information on a global level.

It also enhanced their ability to communicate quickly and effectively.

This, on the one hand, and on the other hand, deepened the gulf of contradictions that had emerged since ancient times between the right of individuals to private life, especially the right to image as an internationally codified right, constitutionally enshrined and the obligations to have access to individuals' affairs.

Exceeding the established protection frameworks, which led to the creation of a difficult reality that threatened this balance and made this right more vulnerable than ever before.
