Abstract EN

This study deals with the idea of electronic banks and the possibility of their embodiment by addressing the Algerian legislator.

Banks are an effective tool in the development of the Algerian national economy.

In this regard, the problematic of this type of banking in Algeria and its role in the economic development industry, Which can be developed by transforming the traditional and classic operations of the bank.

The study concluded that the bank electronic is in fact an extension of the traditional bank by converting traditional services into electronic banking services.
