it may sometimes reach mass destruction, causing the collapse of the people's livelihood capabilities and the great difficulty of returning to social life accordingly, reconstruction is one of the important issues that international law attaches great importance to, because it would affect international peace and security, because of the consequences that may result from it if not doing.

so which prompts to raise the problem related to the role that international organizations can play in the reconstruction process, especially the UNIDO organization?
