This study deals with the ethics of the lawyer with his clients according to the legal profession of the law for the year 2016 from a legal perspective.

And then explaining the values and their impact on building the ethics of the legal profession, and the researcher demonstrated the nature of the legal approach in organizing values and the ethics of the legal profession as well as the types of professional ethical values affecting building the legal profession from a legal perspective, as it appeared that there are several value and ethical aspects that affect the practice of the legal profession.
