Commercial arbitration is one of the methods adopted in the settlement of disputes that may be encountered in the international trade contract for its advantages.

The international contract is rarely devoid of the arbitration clause, and this is due to the satisfaction of the contracting parties to the integrity of the arbitral decisions as they are issued by independent and impartial entities that are not subject to any pressure.

This has made the issue of regulating international commercial arbitration under national laws one of the main pillars on which it depends in assessing a country's commercial climate.

On this basis, the Algerian legislator hastened to regulate it through the Civil and Administrative Procedures Act for its effectiveness as a special judiciary unlike other methods adopted in resolving international trade disputes.
