The right to bodily integrity is considered one of the most sacred rights that a person enjoys, as they are close to his person, this right that most of the divine legislation and positivism agreed to take care of and protect it throughout all stages of its formation, even if the means of protection and controls set for it differ.

The forms of legal protection were evident in the medical aspect during treatment, and the criminal aspect during the criminalization of all forms of assault on bodily integrity, during life and even after death, as the corpse has a sanctity that must be preserved from tampering and exploitation.

Hence, the differences between Sharia and the law appear in the embodiment of this protection, which benefits society.

The article dealt with the most important issues related to the topic in terms of determining the truth of the right, the content of bodily integrity, and the legal nature of this right, while mentioning the forms of legal and legal protection for it.
