This study aimed to identify organizational learning with its three dimensions (strategic, organizational, and cultural), and its relationship to administrative empowerment with its five dimensions (freedom, delegation of authority, teamwork, motivation, effective communication, training and professional development) in public education schools in Najran, The study also aimed to identify the level of organizational learning and the level of administrative empowerment in public education schools in Najran, The researcher used the descriptive correlative approach by distributing the questionnaire to the 145 middle school principals in public education schools in Najran region, and used simple random sample.
The final responses were (103) principals.
The results of the study showed that the level of organizational learning among the research sample in the schools of the Najran region came to a high degree, and the level of administrative empowerment among the research sample in the schools of the Najran region was at a high degree.
The results of the study also showed that there is a positive statistically significant correlation between organizational learning and administrative empowerment.
In light of the previous results, the researcher recommended creating an organizational climate that supports and realizes the importance of organizational learning in enhancing opportunities for administrative empowerment, and intensively spreading a culture of organizational learning and administrative empowerment among school principals until a full and deep awareness of the importance of the two concepts and their effective application, with the need to direct more attention Towards principals and school principals and opening a wider scope for freedom of action and delegation of authority.
