This research aimed at preparing a proposed program for developing creativity for the kindergarten children through art games by using the Torrance Creative Thinking Test in Action and Movement (TCAM) through studying the importance of playing in the children’s life, as it is directed or undirected activities.

As well as, focused on the importance of creative thinking as it is considered to be one of the essential factors that leads to the revealing of the cognitive capabilities of the individual, thus contribute to the development of society.

The research employed the descriptive analytical approach.

The sample was (15) children, males and females, from Al-Bawasil Al-Saghira Kindergarten in Jeddah.

The results showed the following: The results of the first hypothesis concluded that play activity contributes to the development of creativity among kindergarten children, as well as the development of their mental, psychological and physical abilities.

The number of fluency reached 5%, originality 5%, and imagination 3% of the total group number.

The child is creative as he has an intelligence based on amazement, and passion for new knowledge through the spirit of play that dominates his movements and activities.

The child is a fully imaginative person practices his imaginative activities without limitations, thus leads to the development of creativity through play.

The importance of art games is approved, from drawing and coloring to art works for their role in developing the children’s knowledge and satisfying their needs for exploration and experimentation.

Art games also led to interaction with the environment by linking them with the children’s previous experiences while playing.
