The study aimed to identify the theoretical frameworks of the producing university, as well as the mechanisms of activating the pattern of the university produced at King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and to reveal the requirements for the development of the university model produced in Saudi universities in the light of the experience of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, and the study used the documentary descriptive curriculum, and the study reached a number of results, most notably: the frameworks from which the philosophy of the producing university seeks to achieve a number of objectives is to achieve educational and development roles desired, and the most important These objectives develop the performance of the university system and work to raise its productivity and improve its effectiveness, and the study provided a number of general requirements for the development of the university model produced by Saudi universities in light of the experience of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, including: the existence of a vision that supports the achievement of competitive advantage, organizational and administrative independence, the application of the university administration of modern methods of leadership, the optimal investment of resources and available possibilities, in addition to restructuring academic programs and developing them according to developments and in accordance with forward-looking studies and scenarios The study also provided a number of special requirements for the development of the university model produced in light of the experience of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, which are the organizational, investment and academic requirements of each of the following mechanisms: (technical valleys, business oases, research institutes, schools and complexes of the University).
