تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على مدى حتمية و ضرورة تبيني مشروع بروغراس Progress وواقع استخدامه من قبل طلبة السنة أولى ماستر تخصص مكتبات و توثيق، بجامعة قالمة و أهم التحديات و المشاكل الذي أثارها تطبيقه، و لقد اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي، كما اعتمدنا استمارة استبيان لعينة من المبحوثين، حيث أسفرت نتائج الدراسة عدم حتمية تطبيقه في ظل غياب تأهيل الكوادر البشرية المستخدمة له، بالإضافة الى كثرة الاخطاء في المعلومات المسجلة، مما سبب عجزا اساسيا بسبب عدم فهم هذا الارضية رغم بساطتها، و لجوء الطلبة للتسجيل من خلال العاملين بمقاهي الانترنت، مما سبب العديد من المشاكل على مستوى الجامعة

English Abstract

This study aims to identifying the inevitability and necessity of adopting the Progress Project and the fact of using it by the first year, Master students of Libraries and Documentation, University of Guelma and the most important challenges and problems raised of this application.

We have adopted the descriptive approach, and adopted a questionnaire for a sample of respondents.

Finally we result that there is no inevitability and necessity of application of this project in the ence of qualification of human cadres used in addition to the large number of errors in the recorded information, which caused a basic deficit because of the lack of understanding of this ground despite its simplicity, and the students resorted to registration through employees of Internet cafes, which caused many problems on University level.
