Abstract EN

We aim by our study to discover the reality of Networked Volunteering (NV) at the TAJEMI Association during the Covid 19 pandemic in Algeria, where we highlighted the phenomenon of networked volunteering that occurring via social network sites (SNS) such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube, as strong social media platforms that enabled the TAJEMI Association Dealing with volunteers during the COVID-19 pandemic that Algeria experienced.

We also aimed by this study, to control the concept of networked volunteering, its features, and its functions, then we determine how social media used to volunteer during the Covid 19 pandemic, and reveal the most important contents of networked volunteering during the Covid 19 pandemic to the TAJEMI Association, and ways to target the volunteer audience and how they interact with the contents Volunteer activities during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In order to achieve the objectives of our study and answer its questions, we conducted an in-depth interview with the person in charge of information and communication at the TAJEMI Association.

Finally, we concluded a set of results, the most important of which is the dependence of the TAJEMI Association on volunteering in its traditional and digital way, especially networked volunteering via the use of social network sites, to promote and advertise more about the agenda and tasks of those concerned with organizing volunteer work, by publishing and broadcasting volunteer activities via social media platforms and applications, especially by Facebook.
