يعد التنمر الالكتروني جريمة انتشرت مؤخرا بشكل ملحوظ، حيث يتم استخدام شبكة الإنترنت من أجل إلحاق الأذى بالآخرين و الإساءة لهم، وذلك الأمر يتم عن طريق نشر أو مشاركة صور أو أي محتوى سلبي أو ضار يخص شخص أو فئة معينة بقصد الإساءة، و يعتبر هذا الأمر من أكثر الأمور التي تعرض الكثير من الأشخاص المستخدمين لشبكة الانترنت و خاصة مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي إلى قدر كبير من الإحراج أو الإهانة، كما أن التنمر الإلكتروني قد يصل في بعض الأحيان إلى التهديد و التوعد، حيث يتم استغلال الكثير من الأشخاص و ابتزازهم على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.
وقد تناول المقال ظاهرة التنمر الالكتروني من خلال تعريفه، و تفسيره و رصد آثاره، و أشكاله و كذا أهم الحلول و الاستراتيجيات لمواجهته
Abstract EN
Cyberbullying is a crime that has spread significantly recently, with the Internet being used to harm and offend others, through the dissemination or sharing of images or any negative or harmful content of a particular person or group for the purpose of offending.
This is one of the most embarrassing or insulting of many people who use the Internet, particularly social media sites.
The article addressed the phenomenon of cyberbullying by defining it, interpreting it and monitoring its effects, its forms, as well as the most important solutions and strategies to address it.
