This study aims to reveal the role of social networking sites in promoting the culture of dialogue among the university student, and the sample of the study was a group of students of the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar in the valley, represented by 100 individuals from the research community, and the descriptive method was adopted to describe the phenomenon and analyze its results, and the most appropriate tool was chosen to collect information, which is the questionnaire form because it is one of the means of obtaining data and information on a large scale.

The problem of the study was the question of a president who was drafted as follows: What is the role of social networks in promoting a culture of dialogue among university students? The study sought to achieve the following objectives: - to know some of the habits and patterns of use of Facebook by university students.
