The study seeks to identify the contribution of empowerment in reducing job alienation in the cement company in Sour El-Ghozlane in Bouira, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed for the purpose of collecting, and the SPSS program was used to analyze the questionnaire data.

The study found that there is a statistically significant relationship between empowerment in its psychological and administrative parts and functional alienation in the researched company, and the study recommends the necessity of enhancing the dimensions of empowerment of both types.
