Insurance companies are among the important companies in economy, and the fact that its stability leads to the stability of other sectors, the diagnostic of its future financial situation is very important.

This study aims to identify the importance of using financial analysis indicators to diagnose the future finantial situation of Algerian insurance companies, to achieve the objectives of the study, twas dropped on Alliance Insurance during the period 2014-2019, the study concluded with several results, the most important of which are the effectivness of financial analysis in insurance companies depends on the reliability of the finantial statements.
