Abstract EN

The research aims to explain the morphological approach of Sheikh Muhammad Abdul-Khaleq Udayma as a witness to the status of this Sheikh in Arabic morphology, which has its distinguished place through his book Al-Mughni in the Conjugation of Verbs.

The researcher uses the descriptive approach which is based on studying issues by revealing the morphological functions of these issues.

The most important results show that the Sheikh has a distinguished opinion on the subjects of morphology through his book Al-Mughni with commentary, reversal, and completion.

All this shows Sheikh Udaymas’ passion of morphology which is reflected in his commentary or interpretation of the morphological rules.

One of the major recommendations of this study is to pay attention to the study of morphological issues, as a modern linguistic topic at the levels of language: phonetically and semantically.

Moreover, collecting all the information around this branch of knowledge in an independent book as an interdisciplinary study that could yield good results.
