The study aimed to identify the reality of the inputs, processes and outputs of higher education in Saudi Arabia using a system analysis method and analytical method, identify the most prominent challenges facing the higher education system in Saudi Arabia, and include some proposals that could contribute to the development of the higher education system in Saudi Arabia.
