Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the impact of strategic vigilance in promoting institutional excellence, a case study of the University of Gaza, and to reveal the relationship between strategic vigilance and institutional excellence among workers at the University of Gaza, and to reveal the impact of strategic vigilance on institutional excellence among workers at the University of Gaza, howling for the variable (sex, job).

The study sample consisted of (125) academic and (52) administrative, and he distributed questionnaires to the sample by electronic method, and (116) academic and (48) administrative were retrieved.

The results of the study indicated that the percentage of strategic vigilance among employees at the University of Gaza, which amounted to (86.42%), which is a “very high” level, and the results of the study indicated that the percentage of strategic vigilance at the university reached (85.78%), which is a “high” level.

The study showed that the percentage of strategic vigilance used at the university reached (84.32%), which is a “very high” level, and the results of the study indicated that the percentage of strategic vigilance among employees, which amounted to (89.17%), which is a “very high” level, and the results of the study indicated that the percentage of the level of excellence The institutional rate reached (84.83%), which is a very high level.
