Evidence through the testimony of omission is based on principles aimed at facilitating the judge to reach the truth as desired by the law, in order to achieve justice and stability of transactions between people, and then neither the judge nor the litigants are restricted in any way of proof, but rather leaves the litigants free to present any evidence that would persuade the judge having the right.
